This home had wood trim boards that were rotting and constantly needed to be painted, the homeowner wanted an upgrade that would require no maintenance.
We installed new Azek vinyl trim boards around the windows and at the corners of the home.
New vinyl dental moulding was also installed under the front soffit.
The front of the house was then finished with new vinyl window shutters.
On this project the homeowner wanted to replace a sliding glass door but wanted
to add something different.
So we built a bump out for the new door

It also added some extra space in the eat-in kitchen for
the table.
This was an upscale home that had a somewhat basic kitchen, it was a good size but lacked in character.
The home owner likes to entertain and w
anted an upgraded space to reflect her taste.
She worked with our kitchen designer to find the manufacturer of
the existing cabinets and ordered add-ons to accent the kitchen.
We had to move a few cabinets around and add a few to complete the project. The island was added on to and included a drawer microwave and a custom bookshelf, to top it off a new granite counter was installed.
The cabinets in the corner over the cook-top were reworked to allow for a built-in range hood and were installed at a raised height to add interest in the room.
New crown moulding, undercabinet moulding and end panels were also installed.
To finish the room we installed a new tile back splash with some custom trim and a pot filler over the cook-top.
On this project we
were asked to upgrade the master bathroom
shower without disturbing
the balance of
the bathroom.
We cut into the tub decking to expand
the shower and put in a wet bed shower floor with a bench.
New tile was installed on the walls and additional accent tile was added above
the tub to tie in
the new tile.
New plumbing was installed including a large rain shower head.
A frameless glass enclosure was installed to complete the makeover.
In this home a tight sized kitchen was turned in to a large country kitchen by removing a partition wall and remodeling the living room
to be a l

The living room was then moved into an addition off
the back of
the house.
On this project we built a family room addition with cathedral ceiling.
The addition features a “wall” of windows with a high efficiency g

a ceramic tile floor.
This customer h as
a large family and wanted an open entertaining space.
We added a large open room that was finished to become a family room and bar area with a custom bar.

A Trex deck was also installed with provisions for a new hot tub.
This project involved remodeling an older kitchen by creating more open space by getting rid of top cabinets over the peninsula
and sinking the refrigerator into a pocket on
an empty wall.
We also installed new Kraftmaid cabinets and a granite countertop.
We were called in to help finish a new bathhouse for Camp Innabah in Spring City, PA.
Cost effectiveness was of the most utmost importance so some auction bought items were utilized such as
the counter tops.
We also custom built the vanity cabinets, toilet partitions and shower stalls with the help from other volunteers.
