Lansdale Family Room Addition

Blue Bell Entertainment Room Addition

This customer h as

a large family and wanted an open entertaining space.

We added a large open room that was finished to become a family room and bar area with a custom bar.

This project also included remodeling the kitchen and removing some interior walls to allow for a very open feel.

A Trex deck was also installed with provisions for a new hot tub.

Cape May Bathroom Addition

The owners of this modest size two bedroom

vacation home w anted

an additional bathroom off of the master bedroom.

An existing outdoor shed that was part of the house was in the perfect spot to be converted into a bathroom.

The exterior work consisted of some framing to close in a doorway and to change the roof to allow for a regular ceiling height in the bathroom,

we also added a small window to let natural light in to the room.

A fiberglass shower with seat and glass door  were highlights of the bathroom.

A pocket door was used to enter the room to save space in both rooms.

Poconos Master Bedroom Addition

This customer wanted to have a first floor master bedroom on the

first floor of their rental home.

The descision was made to use the garage for this purpose.

The rear half of the space had previously been converted to a hottub room, so a car could not be put into the garage. The garage door was removed, area

was resided and a new window was installed.

The floor was framed over the existing concrete slab, new electrical was installed and

the entire room was insulated.

The room was finished off with new fixtures, engineered wood flooring and a coat

of paint.

Lansdale Covered Porch

This customer wanted some outside but undercover areas for entertaining.

We extended the peaked roof out over one area and the flat roof

over the other. Also a garden window was removed and masonry w all

removed to install a new sliding door.

North Wales Sunroom & Deck

On this job the existing screen porch was removed and a new foundation installed.

A new sunroom was constructed and multiple sliding glass doors installed.

We also installed a new gas fireplace and custom stone surround.

A new Trex deck was installed next to the sunroom and just off the dining room for convenient entertaining.

Whitemarsh Screen Patio Addition

This customer wanted extra outdoor living space but wanted to be sheltered from the elements and bugs.

The ceiling is exposed beams with tongue and grove planking.

Lansdale Structural Repair

This project was a very extensive structural repair, the right side of

the house was sinking.

The garage slab and slab directly behind was poured over fill without proper compacti on

and as a result an air space opened up under the slab and caused the slab to sink pulling the second floor bed room

with it. The fix included installing beams and footings to support the second floor so the first floor could be gutted.

The c oncrete slabs were removed and the soil

removed to install a new foundati

on on virgin soil.

The entire interior was then rebuilt including adding a shower to the downstairs powder room.

Lansdale Kitchen remodel with Addition

In this home the customer wanted a larger kitchen but did not want to lose their dining room, so the decision was to add a small  addition to enlarge the space.

One of the challenges was to not lose the existing deck, the foundation was hand dug and poured because

of the limited access.

The added space allowed for a nice size kitchen with breakfast bar island.

A wall was also opened to the living room to make the space feel more

open.

Blue Bell Master Bedroom Addition

On this project we added a master bedroom above the lo

wer ro of

of a split level home.

The addition required modification of the hallway down stairs to allow for a new staircase up to the bedroom.

The bedroom fe atures

a cathedral ceiling and low maintence laminate flooring.

The large master bathroom includes a large soaking tub with views out on two sides of the home, it also features Kraftmaid cabinets, a corner shower and floor to ceiling ceramic tile.

This renovation also included residing the house with vinyl cedar shake siding and building custom built-ins in the mud room.
