This home had wood trim boards that were rotting and constantly needed to be painted, the homeowner wanted an upgrade that would require no maintenance.
We installed new Azek vinyl trim boards around the windows and at the corners of the home.
New vinyl dental moulding was also installed under the front soffit.
The front of the house was then finished with new vinyl window shutters.
This customer w anted to replace
an old r
ailing
and upgrade to a rail to match a newer one on the main staircase.
We were able to track down the same manufacturer and install
the exact same oak railing parts.
Two foundation walls in this basement had started to crack and push
inward
in this home.
Working with a structural engineer, we installed steel posts to sure up the walls and prevent any fur
ther movement of
the walls. The posts are secured in a saw cut grove
in the concrete and bolted into
the floor joists.
Forms were then put in place and concrete poured in place between the post and wall.
This customer wanted to spruce up their rental condo and protect
the walls from luggage dings.
We installed wood wainscoting throughout all the common areas of the three story condo, reinstalled the baseboard and new chair rail.
We then painted it w
ith semi-gloss paint to make it easy
to clean scuff marks off of the wainscoting.
Mulch pushed up against the side of the house caused this damage along the garage
of this home.
Drywall and insulation was removed to give access to the area.
The structure was supported with a jack while we removed the damaged framing and installed new framing.
The area then had new insulation and drywall installed and finished.
This project was in a new condo
in Philadelphia to add items that the builder did not include.
We opened up a wall in the hallway to expose the original fac
tory brick wall and installed accent lighting.
Closet space was added in the bathrooms and kitchen.
The kitchen had a new tile back-splash and granite counter top installed.
We also installed a custom spiral staircase to access the outdoor deck.
This repair involved an addition that the roof was not properly supported
and had started to sag.
We inst alled
a new engineered beam under the existing ridge, repaired some wood rot damage and poured a new footing in the crawlspace for the floor.
