On this job the existing screen porch was removed and a new foundation installed.
A new sunroom was constructed and multiple sliding glass doors installed.

This customer wanted an outdoor area to entertain family and guests, but have a roof overhead and screens to keep bugs out. This custom screen patio includes large skylights in an exposed beam roof with tongue and groove ceiling, there are also custom glass panels at the end of the
patio to keep and open feel.
The floor is stamped concrete and the exterior is stucco to blend into
the existing home.
