Lansdale Facelift

This home had wood trim boards that were rotting and constantly needed to be painted, the homeowner wanted an upgrade that would require no maintenance.

We installed new Azek vinyl trim boards around the windows and at the corners of the home.

New vinyl dental moulding was also installed under the front soffit.

The front of the house was then finished with new vinyl window shutters.

Lansdale Patio Door

On this project the homeowner wanted to replace a sliding glass door but wanted

to add something different.

So we built a bump out for the new door

and some fixed panels.

It also added some extra space in the eat-in kitchen for

the table.

Lansdale Family Room Addition

On this project we built a family room addition with cathedral ceiling.

The addition features a “wall” of windows with a high efficiency g

as firepl

ace

and

a ceramic tile floor.

Collegeville Door Replacement

We were called out to find the source of a water leak in the basement for this job.

We found that not only was the door not flashed

properly but the deck ledger bolted to the back of the house was not flashed.

We removed a few deck boards, replaced some damaged wood and installed flashing.

A new vinyl sliding door was then installed and flashed.

All the siding was reused to stay within budget and to match the existing

siding.

Lansdale Entryway Door

On this project we  replaced an aging entryway door and back

door. The double entryway door and side lites were repl aced with

fiberglass units

and the star burst above was also

replaced with a custom Fypon unit.

Both doors also had new storm

doors installed.

Lansdale Covered Porch

This customer wanted some outside but undercover areas for entertaining.

We extended the peaked roof out over one area and the flat roof

over the other. Also a garden window was removed and masonry w all

removed to install a new sliding door.

North Wales Entryway Deck

On this project the cus tomer wanted a larger front porch with shelves

to put potted plants.

We constructed the porch over the existing concrete steps to stay within budget.

Also the front door was replaced to add curb appeal.
